Easier Use of the Neck and Shoulders
In this series I am coming back to teaching lessons that helped me in the midst of the most painful time in my life. I have a history of neck, shoulder, and upper back pain from years of computer work. I've learned that the lessons in this series can help to reverse the limiting effects of forward facing sitting work.
These eight lessons will help you connect your neck and arm function to your ribs and spine in a more efficient and comfortable way. They will help to make your arms and head feel more supported by your pelvis and legs. When you get engrossed in work, sometimes you can forget your body even exists, until you come up for air and realize there is a throbbing tightness between your shoulder blades. These lessons will help you become aware.
All of the lessons in this series will be quite gentle. This is a great series to invite any of your friends with chronic pain to. Even if they don’t specifically have neck/shoulder issues, anyone with pain anywhere in the back or the extremities will benefit from this series.
